CrowdAI enables users to unlock the value hidden in their growing number of images and video
San Francisco based startup Crowd AI has built a smart image recognition system that allows all users, not just data scientists, to train it to extract meaningful data from images to recognise defects or risks. It combines machine learning with computer vision and is used by satellite, drone and self driving car companies to allow them to scale their image recognition. Users can train it without having to write a single line of code.
We love the way the California Forestry and Fire Protection department have trained their Crowd AI model so that they can rely on it to detect wild fires almost as they happen and then direct frontline response efforts to the right places.
