We love filling the Cow-Shed office with plants, so Patch, a plant delivery service sourcing its hand-picked greenery directly from the Netherlands caught our eye with its personalised plant experience, offering care guides and dedicated plant doctors to diagnose any plant-related problems.
Founder Freddie Blackett was recognised in the Startups 100 Index back in 2018 (he came in at position 29), and Patch is growing well. One of their biggest claims to fame is that their UK-based customer service consistently scores over 95% in the CSAT (customer satisfaction score).
What makes Patch a bit more unusual is their subscription service for B2B clients, (the list includes heavyweights like MADE.com) which includes regular office visits form the Patch team to maintain the plants. For now at Cow-shed we are looking after our own plants, but watch this space!
