Japanese gadget startup Load and Road have created a smart teapot, Teplo, which can adjust the way it brews tea based on the type of tea leaf and also the tea drinker’s physical condition.
To make your tea, first you have to choose the tea type and then you must place your finger on the Teplo control panel. 6 sensors measure your heart rate, body temperature, room temperature, time of day, noise level and humidity and adjust the way it brews your tea to create the perfect cup.
For example, in the morning, Teplo uses a higher temperature to brew the tea and creates a cup with more caffeine to wake you up properly!
The device is so popular it sold out very quickly after launching at the end of August, but should be available again soon.
