Drinkly is an instant drinks delivery service startup promising chilled wine, craft beers or spirits for cocktails delivered to your door in less than an hour. By using your postcode, Drinkly match you with a local independent off-licence where you can choose your drinks, and then a Drinkly driver will collect your order and deliver it to you.
Founder & CEO John Robertson used a Lean Startup approach, getting in his smart car and delivering all orders himself for the first 9 months so that he could find out everything he could about his customers.
Drinkly is currently crowdfunding to raise money to set up in 150 locations. So far they have delivered over 14,000 orders in London, Edinburgh and Glasgow.
