Bike Repair Startup
A jargon free approach to bike servicing
Fettle, formerly known as Handlebars, is a bike servicing startup that is aiming to be jargon free.
Fettle opened its first workshop 18 months ago and has recently opened its 5th London workshop near Hyde Park with more plans for expansion across the UK. Locations are chosen based on a mixture of data showing how many cycling trips are made in an area, whether they are close to a cycle route and by balancing a mix of residential cyclists with office workers.
Fettle's mechanics are trained to deliver outstanding customer service without any bike "faff". They have even managed to hire the ex head mechanic for the Canyon Race Team.

As well as their simple streamline : Extraordinary service, Zero Faff, we also love Fettle's comedy sketch video emphasising its jargon free approach to customers : watch it here.
